Strawberry truffles

Strawberry truffles (makes 35)

Ingredients
400g white chocolate drops
6 tbsp double cream (heavy cream)
100g strawberries blended to a puree
Bowl of strawberry flavoured sugar for rolling them in.
Edible white glitter

Cooking instructions

1. Place the chocolate drops and cream in a medium sized saucepan on a medium heat.
2. Stir until chocolate has completely melted and has a smooth texture.
3. Remove from heat and whisk in strawberry puree.
4. Pour into small bowl and refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours, or until set.
5. Scoop tsp of chocolate mix into your hand and roll into a ball shape.
6. Roll in strawberry flavoured sugar to coat.
7. Sprinkle with edible glitter
8. Refrigerate to store, for up to a week (but best served at room temperature).

No 10 - I love my vintage doilies and lace that I like to have them hanging on my wall so that I can always see them. The neon pink bow shaped hooks from H&M were a perfect fit, I attached them to the wall using 3M command replacement strips to save drilling holes and to keep the walls damage free.

Today on shops i love I wanted to share with you my favourite interior collections from the Laura Ashley Spring/Summer 2013 London press show that I went to back in November. New home stories Coastal, Palace Garden, Shades of Pale, Kyoto and my favourite, Bloomsbury. A nostalgic story including Charleston House patterns that Laura Ashley first acquired the rights to in 1987. With Laura Ashley celebrating there 60th anniversary this year they felt it was the right time for it's revival and in keeping with the original 1987 colourations of Queen Mary, the collection is in a beautiful colour palette of plum, amethyst, jade and steel grey with pops of bright yellow and green.
